  17. You need 2 tbsp of of Maggie concentrated chicken stock.
  18. You need 0.5 tbsp of of tumeric powder.
  19. You need of Salt.
  20. You need of D) Chilly sauce/paste.
  21. It’s 5 of red chillies.
  22. You need 5 of clove of garlic.
  23. You need 2 cm of ginger.
  24. You need 1 tbsp of of vinegar & sugar.
  25. It’s 1/2 of cup of water.
  26. You need of Recommended garnishing :-.
  27. You need of Lettuce.
  28. It’s of Sliced tomato.

Roasted Chicken Rice step by step

  1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients (A) for at least 10 mins.
  2. Lightly pan-fry chicken for 3 mins or until chicken turns light brown. Place chicken on baking tray and bake in the preheat oven at 180 degrees for 20 – 30 mins.
  3. Mixed all ingredients (B) and bring to a boil.
  4. Mixed ingredients (C) in washed rice and cook in a rice cooker. If you are not using the concentrated chicken stock, use the chicken soup to cook the rice.
  5. Blend all ingredients (D) and cook for about 2 mins if you like.
  6. Plate the chicken and garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.
